Four runners today at two different tracks

On what is going to be a busy few days for us with plenty of intended runners across the country we start with four runners today at two different meetings. Dance Emperor is our first runner of the day as he goes to post in the six furlong maiden at Lingfield at 16:55. The son of Holy Roman Emperor has had the one career start to date where he was too green to do himself justice. He would have learnt plenty for that experience and we are hoping to see a more promising run from him here albeit it is a warm looking contest. He will be ridden by Daniel Muscatt and is drawn in stall three of twelve.

Our first of three runners at Kempton is last time out course and distance winner Mountain Peak who goes to post for the seven furlong nursery at 18:25. Mountain Peak who was successful on his first attempt in handicaps last time out now races off a five pound higher mark but we are hopeful he can defy the rise and make it back to back victories. He will again be ridden by Liam Keniry and is drawn in stall eleven of twelve.

Our next runner of the evening is Iconic Knight who runs in the On The App Store Novice Auction Stakes, a class five event at 18:55. He has had the four career starts and was building up to something prior to a poor run on very soft ground in a warm contest at Goodwood 33 days ago. This drop in grade and the return to a more suitable surface should see him in better light and we are looking forward to seeing him run. He will be ridden by Liam Keniry and is drawn in stall three of ten.

Sky Marshal is our last runner on a busy day as he goes to post for the one mile maiden at 19:25. He was disappointing on his racecourse debut but is a big, scopey horse who is only going to improve with racing. This is a warm contest with several with outstanding form chances but we are hopeful of a nice run. He will be ridden by Liam Keniry and will be jumping out from stall six.
