A busy weekend with 6 runners

Today we send out runners to Haydock, Beverley, Newmarket and Lingfield. Our one runner tomorrow (Sunday), Iconic Knight, heads to Goodwood.

Came from the Dark runs at Haydock in the 4.45pm over 6f. He has been training well and I’m very hopeful that he can leave his terrible first run of the year well behind him tomorrow at Haydock. The ground should be perfect for him and I think he is a talented horse so he should be more than capable of winning a race of this nature. Gerald Mosse rides him for the first time and hopefully everything goes to plan and he can start climbing the ladder, as I believe he is going to be a nice horse for the year ahead.

Immoral is very well in himself and heads to Beverley for his third run in the 2.35pm over 7f, which will then qualify him for Handicaps. I have not done a huge amount with him since Newbury and I’m hoping that he runs with a bit more promise than last time.

Singing Sheriff also runs at Beverley in the 3.45pm over 1m. He is in great order and is taking his racing very well. He is proving a little bit frustrating, but there is definitely talent there so lets hope that he can get his head back in front tomorrow.

Caradoc runs at Newmarket in the 5.35pm over 1m2f. I think he has come on a huge amount for his first run at Newmarket which was disappointing. They went very slowly and it became a sprint down the dip which did not suit him and I think the July course at Newmarket will be much more to his liking. He will be ridden by Andrea Atzeni and he is drawn well in 3, so let’s hope he can get back on track.

Padmavati heads to Lingfield in the 6.15pm over 1m4f. She is yet to transfer her good work at home to the track. I hope today may be the day where she does, as she is a capable filly and this doesn’t look a strong race.

Iconic Knight is in great form and I am looking forward to seeing him run. We have a great jockey aboard so hopefully he can get his season back on track.

A big thanks to our travelling team out on the roads today Gary, Elda, Jess, Michael, Tristan, Kishore, Papa, Charles, Matty, Hannah and Ola. Pictured below is Charles and the magnificent Caradoc.
