Monday runners: Top Fox and Jonah Jones

Parachute was an impressive winner on Saturday, breaking his maiden at Lingfield under Tom Marquand. He looks an exciting sort for next year and many congratulations to his owners Highclere racing, Mr T. Vestey and Mr. P Silver.

Today we have two runners, Jonah Jones and Top Fox.

Jonah Jones heads to Kempton for the 6.00pm Handicap. He seems to be in great form and I’m looking forward to seeing him make his all-weather debut. He’s got a good draw so I’m hoping that he takes well to the surface and can get a well deserved win for the season as he has been luckless so far this year.

Over at Wolverhampton, Top Fox lines up in the 5.10pm Maiden. He is in good order and this looks a good spot for him to build on his promising debut where he finished 2nd. He doesn’t have the best draw but I’m hopeful he can overcome that, he will have improved for his debut and be much sharper this time.
