Today's runners at Nottingham and Kempton
After a quiet start to the week with no runners on either Monday or Tuesday, we are back to it today with 1 runner at Nottingham followed by 3 at Kempton.
First up is Clegane who lines up in the 2yo Novice at Nottingham at 1.25pm. I think she will really love the ground today back on turf and hopefully she can improve on what we have seen so far. She is a very nice filly and can only get better with time.
We then head over to Kempton where Siberian Night heads to post at 4.35pm for Division I of the 2yo Novice's. He has been in cracking form at home and will have come on a lot for his debut on the track last time, he really needs to learn to settle and relax which hopefully he will today.
Old Friend then lines up for Division II of that race at 5.10pm. He is a smart colt in the making and was thrown in the deep end a little by making his debut in a red hot race at Ascot last time. He appears to have strengthened up a lot for that run so I'm hoping for a big run today.
Last but not least, Singing Sheriff (pictured below with regular rider Tristan) goes to post at 6.10pm at Kempton which will be his first run back after having a break. He has won at this track before and he could go close here today if putting his best foot forward.
