A day to remember

An unbelievable day yesterday with not just a treble but 3 Stakes winners for the team! 

Balmoral Lady put in a gutsy performance at Haydock cutting through the field to kick clear of her rivals in the Listed Achilles Stakes. She's a tough filly and it was brilliant to see her gain some winning black-type. Huge congratulations to her owner Laurence Bellman. 

Shortly after over at York, Scenic powers home to win the Group 3 Bronte Cup under a perfectly timed ride from Saffie Osborne. Scenic is a special filly in the yard, a gorgeous daughter of Lope De Vega and this was her second notable success at York for her and her owners David and Sue Ward. 

And last but not least, Ten Bob Tony, again a real favourite in the yard landed the Group 3 John Of Gaunt Stakes at Haydock under William Buick for his owner TBT Racing. What a legend this horse has been. 

Yesterday afternoon gave us a total of 8 Stakes winners in the month of May. A huge well done and thanks to all the team at home and long may it continue!
