An exciting weekend ahead

We have an exciting weekend ahead with three runners today in the UK and one in France tomorrow.

Today, Tenaya Canyon heads to Haydock in search of more black-type in the Listed Stakes at 1.45pm. She is really well in herself and I’m looking forward seeing her run at Haydock in what looks a red-hot 5f Listed race. She’s done nothing but improve this year but will need to do so again to feature today.

Popmaster seems to be very well in himself after a disappointing run at Ascot and heads to Chelmsford this evening. That’s two poor runs now this season and I think I have found a race to get him back on track as its been a while since he’s actually run a good race. He’s drawn well in 4 and I’m hoping that he can just get a good position behind the leaders and get his head back in front. It’s a valuable handicap and it looks wide open to me so hopefully we can get back on track.

Peggoty  I think off a mark of 70 has got a great chance of getting her head in front. She looks great and her work has been good, and I think we can forgive her first run of the season. She’s drawn well and I think the drop back to five furlongs will suit so hopefully she can break her maiden and start to climb the ladder as I believe she is a lot better than her official rating.

Tomorrow we have an exciting day where Dreamloper lines up in the Prix D'Ispahan in Paris Longchamp. This looks a great oppurtunity in a Group 1 and we are very excited about her chances. Kieran Shoemark takes the ride. Pictured below with Molly who rides her and will be travelling her to France with Georgie. Best of luck to connections and the team!
