Assimilation wins the Lincoln Trial. Two runners today at Wolverhampton

Less than a week after returning back from Dubai, Assimilation battled gamely to win the Lincoln Trial at Wolverhampton on Saturday under Luke Morris. A huge congratualtions and well done in particular to Gary who has been looking after him and riding him out in Dubai since Christmas, and Matty who was also out there for a few weeks. They did a great job and the hard work and effort most definitely paid off. We are delighted for his owners Berkeley Greenwood, Mathew and Juliet Cestar and Colin Dale.

Desert Doctor, who also returned from Dubai last week again put in another impressive performance to finish a very close third at Wolverhampton on Saturday also. A huge credit to Gary and all of the team.

Today we are back at Wolverhampton with Glorious Caesar and Queen Aya.

Glorious Caesar is in great form and although this is quite a quick turnaround, it looks an good opportunity for him. I think the track and trip will suit him so very hopeful of him getting his head in front again today.

Queen Aya looks a picture of health and I think she has improved for her first run back where she was outpaced over 5f. I think the 6f today will be much more to her liking and I still believe she is better than what we have seen so far.

Best of luck to connections, pictured below is Assimilation after his win on Saturday with Gary and Anser.
