Weekend runners
Today we have two runners at Newmarket:
Caradoc runs at 2.50pm in the 3yo Handicap over 1m2f. He runs over the same course and distance that he won over last time out and he looks to be in good form so must have a good chance today.
Swindler runs in the 4pm 3yo Handicap over 6f. He is in great form and I’m very much hoping he can continue his winning ways. My only concern is that he wouldn’t want too much rain to fall today.
Best of luck to connections and thank you to Andy, Papa and Surrendra who are at Newmarket today.
Further afield tomorrow, Stormy Antarctic attempts to go one better than 12 months ago in the Grosser Dallmayr-Preis Bayerisches Zuchtrennan in Munich. We are hopeful that this will be his 12th time lucky, after coming so close in numerous Group 1's across the globe previously. He has arrived there safely in the capable hands of Gary and Westy and we are very much looking forward to his run tomorrow.
